Daytripo answers one question: is it worth leaving the city for a day to see that place? It is for people who already have the flights and the hotel and are left with one or two open days in Paris, Lisbon, Rome or Madrid.
Search for day trips from any big city and you get lists of twenty places, all of them described with the same enthusiasm. None tells you how long the train takes, whether you can be back for dinner, or what closes on Mondays. Daytripo does that, one destination at a time, and ends each sheet with a verdict. Sometimes the verdict is that the place deserves a night, or that it only works with a tour.
How we choose tours
When a tour matches the exact route of a page, we show it with the price and rating listed on Civitatis. Pages without a matching tour have no booking button, and a tour never changes a verdict.

The site is published in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian. The facts are the same in every language; the tour shown is the one available in the language of the page.
